4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Wrong size received

All exchanges are subject to product availability. Shipping times for replacement items may vary based on your location.

5. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns. You can return approved items without additional penalties or hidden charges.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Discounts & Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts and coupon codes must be applied during checkout.

We cannot issue refunds or credits for discounts that were not used at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be added after an order has been completed.
